Mr. S.D. Badgaiyan, hailing from Sarangarh district of Chhattisgarh, is a distinguished personality with an inspiring journey. Born to a school teacher, he rose to become one of the youngest Assistant Conservators of Forests (ACF) and retired as an Assistant Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (APPCF) in the Indian Forest Service.
